By using Viago’s services including visa processing, embassy appointments, Umrah packages, and travel packages, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Visa & Appointment Responsibility
Visa approvals, processing timelines, and appointment availability are solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or authority. Viago does not guarantee visa approval or specific appointment dates and is not responsible for any refusal, delay, or unavailability.

2. Appointment Service Disclaimer
Viago provides appointment assistance and coordination services only. Appointment scheduling depends on real-time embassy system availability. While we aim to secure earlier dates, specific timelines or dates are not guaranteed.

3. Booking & Payments
An advance payment is required to confirm any visa service, appointment, Umrah, or travel package. The remaining balance must be cleared before submission, appointment, or departure. Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer.

4. Fees & Refund Policy
All embassy fees, appointment charges, and service fees are non-refundable once the process has started. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of processing or booking.

5. Travel & Pilgrimage Responsibility
Travelers and pilgrims are responsible for their personal belongings, documents, and compliance with travel requirements. Viago is not liable for delays, losses, or issues caused by airlines, weather conditions, government policies, or other external factors.

6. Itinerary & Schedule Changes
Travel and Umrah itineraries may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight changes, hotel availability, or operational requirements. Suitable alternatives will be arranged where possible.

7. Accommodation & Transport
Hotels, transport, and related services are subject to availability and may vary within the same category. All services will be provided as per confirmed package details or equivalent standards.

8. Service Scope
Viago acts as a facilitator for visa processing, appointment coordination, travel, and Umrah services. Final decisions, approvals, and service delivery involve third-party providers such as embassies, airlines, hotels, and transport companies.

9. Information Accuracy & Compliance
Applicants and travelers must provide accurate, complete, and genuine information and documents. Any false or incomplete information may result in rejection, cancellation, or penalties, for which Viago holds no responsibility.
